WHEN?
It depends on the service required. Some examples - Transcription - generally within 24 hours. Leveraging time-zones we find it best to allow you to upload voice in the evening and download text in the morning. Quicker Turnaround Times are available. Software and Web development - the time-frame is job dependent, but we do work quick and provide constant updates.
WHERE?
Come back to us at OIC and we can take care of any problems or difficulties. Alternatively, if you choose HSS please feel free to deal direct with them - cut out the middleman. Either way you can be sure of a swift, clear service to resolve any issues. Something, to be frank, many Indian companies find hard to fulfill.
WHY?
